Course Description:

Dietary fat is the major fuel for long-term endurance exercise and is also oxidized during resistance exercise. Due to dietary fat’s role as a major fuel, this presentation focuses on possible strategies in which dietary fat can be manipulated to improve exercise and sports performance.
