Course Description:

This session explains how to build up to performing kettlebell swings. The swing is the foundation for many other exercises to come, such as: cleans and snatches, but it still takes several steps to build the swing. This progression will explain how to position the kettlebell in the stance, and build upon fundamental movements like the deadlift.

 Learning Objectives:

  • Understand kettlebell progressions
  • Learn the difference between kettlebell exercises and exercises done with a kettlebell
  • End with the understanding that the 2-hand kettlebell swing is just the beginning
