Today’s Upright row 2forTuesday- will incorporate the squat. This time we’re going to do an upright row again, feet hip to shoulder width apart, keep a nice stance, and as I squat down- hands out so that I keep that good tension the band and then I will come up. Elbows nice and high as if I was doing an upright row, butt down sitting back, elbows up, down, elbows up. Torso nice and straight squat down, come up. Upright row.
