Hello today’s 2 for Tuesday we’re going to be working on hamstrings and back a little bit. Always like to say the front is for show the back is for go. So we’re going to do an RDL staying on my band. knee straight but not locked feet about hip to shoulder width apart keep that torso nice and straight coming down coming up torso to upright row my side view no time keeping movements coming from my hip so I’m getting my hip hinge my ham strings attached up above my waist all the way down get that back rear kinetic chain so nice and straight flat back coming up to my upright row today’s 2 for Tuesday a little bit more of the go hamstrings back.
