Scott Caulfield

Scott Caulfield, performance center manager at the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Performance Center in Colorado Springs, is in his second season as a member of the Tiger Hockey coaching staff.
A 2000 graduate of Castleton State College in Vermont, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Caulfied is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with distinction (CSCS*D) and registered strength and conditioning coach (RSCC) through the NSCA, as well as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach.
He has been involved in fitness and athletics for more than two decades, working as a strength and conditioning coach at Dartmouth College and Norwich University. In addtion, Caulfield was head strength and conditioning coach and director of camps for the American Basketball Association’s Vermont Frost Heaves during back-to-back league championship seasons. He also served in the United States Navy before entering into his current career.
