Mike’s philosophy in coaching and training begins with asking one simple question, WHY? Why do we do things the way we do? Is it because it’s what has always been done, or because it’s the best thing to do?

Train right, train what you need – not what you want, and train efficient. You will get more out of a workout from learning correct movement patterns through applications of motor learning and biomechanics, than walking into any predetermined, sets and reps workout.
