This course will teach the coach how to take their athletes from the play ground to the podium.
In this course, Patrick McHenry will discuss the different stages of athletic development, four major athletic develop theories from around the world, movement theories, movement patterns, basic biological rules, athletic development guidelines, keys for developing powerful athletes, program design and ends with a review of major lifts.
