For this ESS Training Session, you’ll get to see Loren Landow walk his MMA Fighters though the metabolic conditioning workout. You’ll get to see what he does on their Met-Con Days to prepare these guys for battle. When they go into their tactical training in there sparring session, they can push hard but they have to pull back to some degree to avoid injury. Loren instructs the MMA Fighters on how to safetly push past that point, so they know they’re ready and prepared for the night of the fight
